We are a business-to-business supplier, so most of the people we deal with are acting in a business capacity. Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
- Enquiry and contact details you provide through our contact form, by email or by telephone: your name, company, email address, telephone number, the subject of your enquiry, and anything you choose to tell us about your material, site or project.
- Correspondence with us, including quotes, orders and project communications.

We do not seek to collect special category data, and we ask that you do not send it to us through the website.

These include our website hosting provider (Cloudflare), our email delivery provider (Resend), and providers of embedded content on the site such as map and video services (Google, Vimeo and YouTube).
- Manufacturer and logistics partners where this is needed to source, supply, deliver, install or support equipment you have asked us about or ordered.
